I grew up near Sacramento, CA where I graduated from Rocklin High School. I moved to Provo, Utah shortly after to study at Brigham Young University where I graduated with my Bachelor\'s in Psychology. I have 9 years of HR experience with 4 years in payroll administration and 5 years in employee relations. I am passionate about employee relations, employee development, and work culture. I actively find opportunities to question the status quo, collaborate, strategize, develop, inspire, and give every individual the support they deserve.
