Technical Marketing Engineer / Solution Architect I\'ve been developing or marketing Ethernet based networking products since 2002 My passion is lead a development team to develop new products and solutions. Represent the customer to the development team. Represent the development team to the customers. As a solution architect, I\'ve been working to automate the deployment of network device (switches and routers). its a day 1 solution for the customers, and it allows them to automate the deployment saving time and money. The solution works consistently across multiple networking products with a SDN controller to manage it all. I\'ve been a TME on Ethernet switching products since 2008. As a TME, I\'ve developed white papers, pre-sales technical presentations and training materials for multiple product lines. I did one year of post sales customer support. in this role I really understand the customer pain points. I wrote and published the 3 trouble shooting guides for the Catalyst 3750 5 years SW Engineer, I developed IOS Software on Catalyst 3750 products.
