As a Young Advisor for The Diana Award, I have had the privilege of contributing to impactful policy and governance initiatives while serving as a peer researcher. Over the past two years, I have collaborated with a passionate team to amplify youth voices, ensuring that their perspectives are at the forefront of decision-making processes.In my role, I have conducted research to inform organisational policies, provided strategic insights into governance frameworks, and worked to bridge the gap between young people and key stakeholders. This experience has honed my skills in advocacy, research, and youth engagement while reinforcing the importance of inclusive, youth-led change.Working with The Diana Award has been a deeply rewarding journey, empowering me to drive meaningful change while championing the values of empathy, leadership, and action that the organisation embodies.
