I worked on the tools for 11-12 years as a ground worker, I took a step up to foreman on a large scale project worth £18.5 Million( Bury St Edmunds Eastern Relief Road) including new on and off slip Road’s onto the a14, during my time on this scheme i enrolled into a Construction Management degree at the University of Suffolk and I am currently in my second year of five. I am currently fulfilling the role of Subagent. The skills I gained from being on the tools has given me a lot of good practical knowledge to assist in accurate planning of site programmes.
