ABOUT MITCHELL REEVES

I am the Manager of Electric Metering Services for Alliant Energy for the state of Iowa. Before I was the Metering Manager for Indiana Municipal Power Agency. I was responsible for managing all of the interconnect metering points and maintaining the data flow from those points. Before that I was managing Renewable Energy construction sites. Specifically, I managed all electrical functions of the construction, inclusive of testing production and performance of panels. I also have experience as being the maintenance electrician at IU Health Arnett Hospital that provided me opportunity to utilize my technical electrical skills and its practical application. Likewise, my professional experience at Duke Energy provides me with vast experience in the Energy realm, of which 25 years were in the Metering group. Some of my most recent responsibilities at Duke included handling the Metering for all renewables in Indiana, inclusive of solar, wind and other co-gen sources. I have been integral in governance along with the management of multiple projects/tasks and processes of governance (spread across 6 states) and the associated implementation of those items. I have been responsible for training development and training delivery for my specific workgroup, as well as workgroups associated with our department. Additionally, I have been a presenter (two succeeding years) at the North Carolina Meter School. I have extensive experience managing projects within Indiana and Enterprise wide (6 states). My familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite could be categorized as expert.
