Provide business immigration services to a broad range of corporate clients (including Fortune 500 companies) seeking to relocate their employees to Canada• Provide business immigration services to a broad range of individual clients (e.g. business visitors, economic migrants, investors, skilled professionals, entertainers/actors, athletes, post-graduate students.etc.) seeking to relocate to Canada• Act as lead counsel on a variety of temporary residence based business immigration matters, including: LMIA-based work permits (e.g. high-wage LMIA, and GTS LMIA), LMIA-exempt work permits (e.g. Intracompany transfers, CUSMA, CETA, GATS, IEC, business visitors, significant benefit, reciprocal employment.etc.), and compliance audits• Act as lead counsel on a variety of permanent residence based immigration matters, including: Express Entry applications, PNP-based PR applications, PR immigration pilot programs, H&C applications, family sponsorships…etc.• Act as lead counsel on all Fragomen Canada office wide immigration litigation matters, including Judicial Review applications and mandamus applications• Write firm-published columns/articles on a variety of immigration topics, and lead/present immigration seminars and CPDs for Fragomen Canada office lawyers and teams (e.g. Permanent Residence Team, Work Permit Teams, and Private Client Team)
