As a Certified Sports Performance/Human Performance Specialist my goal is to optimize athletic and human potential by delivering structured, educational, specific, and quality training to the public. What drives my passion is the joy I see in people when they reach milestones. The impact it creates in peoples lives to move better, prevent injury, and then realize a return on their investment once they see positive outcomes in life. In addition to improving human performance I pursued my MBA at Rockhurst University to further understand the world of business. Once I Graduated with a Master in Business Administration I came across an opportunity through finances that introduced the importance of financial literacy. I had zero background in the financial industry and thought I knew enough, but what I really came to realize was I didn\'t know much of anything at all. Two degrees later, with a plethora of knowledge in the fitness industry I decided to get uncomfortable & join World Financial Group. Although, World Financial Group Insurance Agency is in the financial industry, it was so much more than that. It\'s about leadership development, Financial awareness, service, growth, and entrepreneurship which made me a better personal trainer. Through the process I was able to sit down with people of all ages and backgrounds. Most of which thought they had it all figured out like me, but realized what they have isn\'t going to ensure a successful future. My goal was to bridge the gap for family\'s to create generational wealth. To change the way people think about money and help them plan for a better future.After learning so much valuable information I decided to part ways with WFG to give myself more time to grow The Elevate U. Performance brand & my own.
