I develop and execute plans to drive sales and build brand awareness. This includes approving campaigns, and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods. In partnership with the senior leadership team, I create internal and external communications strategies, associated plans, and key messages. I interface with business development, finance, HR, clinical, operations, and other departments and vendors to market all company service lines under one umbrella nationwide. I manage and create content for PMC’s websites and social media channels, and oversee media relations efforts, including crisis communications.
