ABOUT MITCH ROSEN

I am a senior financial executive and Big 4 CPA (Active California License) with progressive accounting, financial, operational and business leadership experience. My particular strengths and expertise lie in financial oversight, accounting, reporting, working capital management, operations and capital expenditure planning, forecasting, and transactional finance, with U.S. and global operations, ranging in size from under $100 million to over $2 billion in revenue. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team I solve strategic crucial operational, financial, talent acquisition, and employee development issues. Proactive member of this team to influence and build consensus with diplomacy and tact. My range of experience includes manufacturing, distribution, technology services, engineering and construction, consumer products, and retail sectors. Recognized for financial leadership, coaching and mentoring, I build high performing teams that produce tangible results. Most recently I have been working as the senior North America finance officer at a global food manufacturing company with over $5 billion in revenues globally and over $2 billion in revenues in North America. I also have been responsible for financial oversight of multi-location Brazilian operations and led procurement functions including oversight of the procurement team and responsibility for over $1 billion in direct and indirect spend with strategic suppliers. Additionally, I led the financial due diligence and post integration activities for several acquisitions ranging in deal size from less than $50 million to over $700 million. These activities included ERP (SAP) implementations, employee optimization, operations integration, and HR and other policy harmonization.
