   I\'ve worked in the Real Estate industry for about 15 years now. My career began when I owned/operated a painting/ Property maintenance business after seperating from the USN. After 4 yrs, I joined a mid sized Property Management company and worked my way up to Maintenance Supervisor. One day, I decided to change my career path and enter the leasing department of my company and learned the in\'s and out\'s of Leasing and Property Management. I worked on my own time/on the weekends to learn the trade and became a full time Leasing Agent. From there, I became the Assistant Property Manager and then earned the position of Community Manager. This lead me into my current Real Estate career, helping people sell/buy homes and managing single family residential Properties for the Owners. Giving keys to a Property Buyer is one of the big thrills in my work and seeing the happiness in their eyes is extremely rewarding to me. Converting a Principal home into an income producing Property while helping to purchase another is a great accomplishment too! Helping a Seller close a sale and walk away happy is always a marvelous experience for me. The Property Management division assists Property Owners. We offer two different programs for Owners; a Comprehensive Management program and a Tenant locator program. The Comprehensive Management program is designed for Owners who do not want to manage their Property and need a dedicated Property Manager. We handle all of the tasks involved in managing an income producing Property. The Tenant Locator program is for those Owners who can manage but need assistance in finding a motivated/qualified Tenant.
