Handelsbanken is a traditional local relationship bank with outstanding levels of customer service, providing banking solutions to both individuals and businesses alike. I worked for the bank in a customer facing capacity as a Corporate Banking Manger before moving into a projects and change role with a focus on making continuous improvements to the banks credit systems and instructions. This subsequently lead to a Digital Product Ownership role where I have delivered two new credit systems for the bank in the space of 18 months having quickly adapted to the demands of agile delivery.
