Peninsula Jewish Community Center provides programs and services to community members of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds. As PJCC\'s Senior Facilities Manager, I lead a team of 8 in overseeing complex facilities operations, maintenance, and project management across a multi-site, multi-use, and multi-agency environment including technology upgrades, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural maintenance, and vehicle fleet, ensuring QC and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Dedicated to the health and safety of our staff and members, I conduct site safety inspections, manage risk, and coordinate emergency response planning. I have expertise in leading diverse teams, managing vendor and contractor relationships, and ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant workplace.
