I’m a Senior Consultant in BDO Canada’s Risk Advisory Services practice, supporting public, private, and non-profit organizations in strengthening governance, managing risk, and delivering on technology transformation and ESG priorities. My work spans internal audits, risk and control assessments, program evaluations, and independent third-party reviews (ITPRs), translating findings into practical recommendations and implementation-ready roadmaps.In the IT transformation space, I’ve supported independent reviews and health checks for large, multi-year modernization programs—assessing delivery governance, oversight and assurance processes, risks and impediments to execution, and progress against prior recommendations. I’ve also contributed to business readiness reviews for major release deployments, including organizational/operational readiness, transition planning, contingency planning, and data migration considerations. Alongside delivery, I bring extensive proposal-development expertise—shaping pursuit strategy, tailoring proposals to client needs, and translating complex requirements into clear, outcome-focused value propositions.
