ABOUT MITCH DEL ROSARIO

Mitch Del Rosario was born and raised in Fremont, California. He is the son of immigrant parents from the Philippines who achieved the American dream through hard work and dedication. Deeply inspired by them, he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in music and sound design. Mitch’s strong commitment to his community influenced him to start his real estate career in 2013. He started out his career flipping homes alongside a professional contractor and became a licensed agent in 2016. Over the years, he has developed a strong network of partners and has gained competitive industry knowledge with skills ranging from negotiating, pricing tactics, marketing, and financing to project management and basic residential construction.During Mitch’s first year as an agent, he was awarded Rookie of the Year. With his strong work ethic, he continued to excel, winning Top Producer status every year from 2018 to 2022 at his previous brokerage. He has also been featured in Real Producers magazine as a Rising Star and has mentored many other agents aspiring to become top producers. Mitch is well reviewed as reliable, trustworthy, responsive, informative, strategic, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He is well known by his clientele and colleagues for his positive energy. Mitch recognizes that helping people achieve their real estate goals and being part of their journey play a huge part in his commitment to serving his community.During his free time, Mitch enjoys creating real estate content on social media, golfing, snowboarding, playing his guitar, and running with his Rhodesian Ridgebacks. As part of his commitment to serving, he has participated in the CASA program, where he mentored a “little brother.” One of Mitch’s biggest dreams is to live a long, happy life, putting family first and bringing positive energy to everyone he encounters.
