For over 48 years, I have been involved in developing, designing, constructing, and renovating tens of millions of square feet of commercial space for a diverse range of clients, including both private sector companies and federal, state, and local government agencies.I am skilled in negotiation, land development, urban planning, feasibility studies, and green building, and I have a strong education background in architecture, real estate development, and business management having graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In addition to my role at HEFFNER & WEBER, I was also the Founder - Managing Partner of Co2 Lounge and a Partner in CESCO Osteria, an award-winning celebrity chef restaurant and night club in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable mixed use LIVE-WORK-PLAY solutions for the built environment, and I strive to deliver high-quality projects that exceed the expectations of my clients and partners.
