The core curriculum teaches participants to tie their government’s resources, programs, and strategies together to address their current and emerging threats.• Led, designed, developed, and implemented face to face, blended, and online curriculum/learning delivery techniques (i.e, learning strategies, program, curriculum, and instructional design, e-learning, facilitation), which resulted in swift adaptation to the emergent COVID environment while maintaining educational standards. • Lectured, taught, and facilitated numerous professional development lectures / seminars of over 1,600 participants covering Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Change Management, Life Cycle Cost Estimation, Process Re-engineering, Risk Management, Simulation Modeling, Statistics, Strategic Planning, Manpower Development Models, and Recruitment both in resident at Monterey and abroad in El Salvador, Malaysia, Paraguay, Rwanda, Slovenia, and Ukraine. • Led and facilitated discussion groups working through case studies and problems covering the above and other topics, with the intent to up skill each student’s analytical abilities resulting in a 4.5 or 90% student evaluation rating.
