As Program Director and Air Talent at Jonesboro Media Group, a division of Saga Communications, I lead programming for KEGI-FM (Classic Rock) and oversee music and branding for eleven Outlaw Country stations across the U.S. In 2023, I was promoted to manage operations for all six stations in our local market, while continuing my national Outlaw Country responsibilities. The formats I am currently operating are Contemporary Country, Classic Country, Classic Rock, Hot Adult Contemporary, Soft Adult Contemporary and an Urban CHR.I’m responsible for the full scope of station operations—from music selection and sound design to promotional strategy and long-term audience growth planning. My focus is on increasing listener engagement and time spent listening through strategic content and compelling promotions.Our team is known for executing high-impact events like car giveaways, fireworks shows, and charity fundraisers. I thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying organized, planning ahead, and prioritizing effectively. I believe in working proactively so I can respond quickly when unexpected challenges arise.
