Since 2013, I have been solely focused on the cannabis industry as a trusted advisor, investor, partner and attorney to leading cannabis funds, investors, multi-state operators, brands and technology companies. I have guided and brought value to investors and businesses at every stage of the investment and corporate life cycle, including origination, formation, fundraising, growth, restructuring and M&A. My deep industry relationships and experience have enabled me to originate and structure numerous unique investments and opportunities in the cannabis spaceI have been able to utilize and leverage my legal and professional skills derived from over the past 25 years to bring real value and wisdom to the cannabis industry. From working at a large law firm (Greenberg Traurig), to a federal enforcement agency (SEC), to a hedge fund and private equity fund (Iroquois Capital) and tp a start-up cannabis company (Steep Hill Labs), I have developed the ability to provide real world legal and business advice and services to my clients. To do so, I co-founded Feuerstein Kulick LLP and FocusGrowth Advisors LLC, a leading law firm and strategic advisory firm in the cannabis industry.
