As Director of Grammarsaurus Ltd, I lead the development of our flagship 3D Curriculum, created in close collaboration with our model school—a partnership that contributed to the school achieving an Outstanding Ofsted judgement. The curriculum reflects our belief in high-quality, joined-up teaching across subjects, rooted in evidence and built for real classrooms.My role spans strategic leadership, curriculum design, and national teacher development. To date, I have delivered training to over teachers, helping schools across the UK implement effective, research-informed practice. Alongside this, I have authored multiple educational books, and I’m currently writing The Little Book of Morphemes—a morphology dictionary designed to support deeper understanding of word structure and etymology in the classroom.I lead a talented and growing team at Grammarsaurus, driving our commitment to creating the highest-quality resources, shaped by pedagogy, teacher feedback, and academic research. We’re now developing Spelling with Grammarsaurus, our new spelling scheme, and I look forward to delivering training on it in the upcoming academic year.
