SIU program management and oversight for multi-line SIU investigations conducted by the SIU vendor. Manage the day-to-day operations of the QBE Insurance SIU Program serving as primary contact on matters of triage, escalations, impact reporting and agency referral decisions.Promote the SIU model to the Claims organization to increase fraud awareness and maintain our zero tolerance for fraud culture.Perform quality assessment reviews and provide feedback on the reviews conducted to the SIU vendor to ensure thorough, timely, and effective investigations are conducted.Develop and deliver effective SIU training presentations for integral anti-fraud staff.Conduct proactive claim file reviews handled both internally and by TPAs to ensure SIU matters are conducted in compliance with DOI regulations.Work in partnership with legal, regulatory, and compliance team members on all SIU related matters.Provide direct support to the Vice President of Special Investigations.
