While collaborating with my customers and leading teams, I produce and implement efficient solutions and enhancements to complex problems by leveraging the right tools. These tools include ERP systems, mobile solutions, eCommerce solutions, pricing and analytics applications, MDM utilities, BI and data analytics platforms such as Tableau, process illustration software (e.g, Visio), SmartSheet and the Atlassian suite. I am PMP Certified, and advanced with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.* Client-facing, service-oriented, and very comfortable and effective with speaking to Executives.* Strategy, Problem Solving, and my Communication skills are my greatest strengths.* 10+ years of project/program management and consulting experience.* Process assessments and improvements utilizing applicable technology.* SAP is the ERP I have the most experience with, specifically the Inventory Management, Asset Management / Plant Maintenance, and Finance-Controlling (FICO) module set, with a focus on Fixed Assets/Project Systems (Acquire to Retire) and Accounts Payable/Procurement (Procure to Pay)- 2 end to end SAP Implementations; and experience with Production Support (Break/Fix and Enhancements)- Above average understanding of the technical/architectural aspects of SAP (in other words, very comfortable speaking with both the functional and technical teams, and helping with development and troubleshooting).* Highly capable of quickly learning new software, with great proficiency.* I continue to receive high praise from internal and external customers, as well as the teams I managed, for my leadership and management skills.* One of my passions is managing teams; helping enable my employees in their day to day work while also developing them and their career paths.* Very familiar with procurement processes, from systems selection to RFPs / Proposals, and building out Statements of Work (SOWs). Outside of work I focus on the things that I am very passionate about, which are mostly fitness and nutrition, golf, music / attending concerts, cooking, travel, and college / professional sports.
