Having served in business development, distribution, strategy, and business and legal affairs roles, I am able to leverage diverse cross-functional experience to close deals and maximize partnerships in a complex, fast-paced, and evolving media industry.In my 12 years at Paramount Global I sat at the forefront of pivotal revenue-generating deals, from large outbound licensing deals with major SVOD services, to portfolio network distribution deals with cable/satellite/vMVPD companies, to innovative streaming partnerships with platforms and strategic partners. I joined initially as an in-house lawyer, before moving to a hybrid business and legal role, then took on a full-time business role in the Streaming department with the launch of Paramount+.Prior to Paramount Global, I was a transactional IP attorney at one of the preeminent New York corporate law firms.
