About Mital V.
I’m an executive program and portfolio leader who’s spent my career helping organizations take on large, messy transformations and make them work. At BlackRock, I oversee a $500M+ portfolio across 50+ squads, where the stakes are high and the margin for error is small. My focus is on connecting strategy to delivery in a way that’s clear, practical, and sustainable.Recent wins include leading our Azure migration — months of planning paid off with a zero-disruption cutover. I also redesigned our delivery governance, cutting contractor spend by 22% and reducing infrastructure costs by 30%. On the innovation side, I built an AI squad and drove adoption of tools like Aladdin Copilot and GitHub Copilot, giving teams faster insights and boosting productivity.I believe in strong processes, but I never forget there are people behind every project. My job is to clear the noise, create structures that teams can actually use, and give leaders the confidence that work will land the way it should. Whether it’s standing up a PMO or guiding global delivery, I measure success by whether people trust the system we’ve built together.Outside of corporate delivery, I design and facilitate workshops that help teams move from ambiguity to clear, usable structure. I also work with organizations including the NYC Urban Debate League, where I lead a practitioner series on decision clarity, capacity planning, and execution readiness.
