Hello Hello! I thank you for opening my profile. More gratitude if you are going to click on that “see more” and pay up with your attention, because that’s too difficult to get these days, right? Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time, there was a little girl, too shy, but not shy of confidence. She didn’t have human friends, but she’d get lost in conversations with the people from the books she read. She did grow up to make real good friends who are in her life even after decades, although she\'d thought who’d be friends with a weirdo? Also, she now takes pride in being that weirdo because that’s how she knows she’s different from the rest of the beautiful folks around. Observing, listening, being present are the things which she carries up her sleeve. Being open to experiences like watching fireflies at midnight in dark forests to driving a bike on empty roads at 3.00 AM, making friends on the train to being silent for 10 days in Vipassana, and so many more have made her who she is today. Hey! That girl is Me :) And, that is the place I write from. I also write from all the overheard conversations (not eavesdropping, nope!) and from being open to the silences of life. I write as much from experience as from empathy and fantasies, even imagination and dreams. I have nothing against AI except for the fact that it has not lived the human experience and though it can articulate a formal email and I’d be fine with that, I’d still take up the task of being paralysed by a blank screen than prompting ChatGPT when it comes to writing. So, if you are looking for a person who writes from such a human space, you now know where she is :) I don’t want to write about the projects I’ve worked on or what my clients have to say about me, because you’ll find those in different sections as you scroll through my profile. What I will write here is how you won’t find what I WRITE anywhere else. References, yes. Because who wouldn’t quote Mary Oliver or Nietzsche? But, I write from a colorful palate filled with everything I have read, every experience I have lived, every story I have listened to of living and breathing people around me, every step outside my house, and my imagination. I write, therefore I am. You are smart enough to know how to reach out to me, so I’ll leave such banalities and bid my goodbye.
