I am an HR professional with 6 years of experience in understanding people, building culture and making workplaces feel a little more human. Over the years I have worked across different industries and teams, and the one thing that has stayed constant is my curiosity about people and what helps them grow, stay motivated and feel supported at work.I began my journey wanting to understand why people make the choices they do. Why they stay, why they leave, what inspires them and what holds them back. That curiosity slowly shaped my approach to HR and became the foundation of how I work today. I listen deeply, understand quickly and try to bring clarity and empathy into every interaction.My experience covers all parts of HR including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, culture, engagement, learning and development and the everyday responsibilities that keep an organization running smoothly. I have navigated pressure, conflict, tight timelines and unexpected challenges, and somewhere in all of that I found my rhythm. I genuinely enjoy the mix of structure, intuition and sensitivity this field demands.I bring a modern mindset with grounded work ethics. I like creating processes that make sense, conversations that feel genuine and environments where people feel understood rather than managed.
