Elluminati, a leading provider of on-demand app solutions, is where I have been working as an HR Manager for almost eight years. In this role, I am responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, from hiring and training to performance and retention, for a diverse and talented team of IT professionals.I am passionate about learning and growing in the HR field, as well as understanding and supporting the needs and emotions of employees. With my outgoing and lively personality, I can connect and build strong relationships with people easily. With my keen observation and communication skills, I can identify and address potential issues and educate and guide employees on various HR-related matters.
