Lincoln Legal Chambers is a strategic collaboration of lawyers and consultants (in India and UK) that advises clients on business and contracts negotiation, property acquisitions, corporate restructuring, litigation strategy and representation, legal compliance, document review, mediation and arbitration.The Transaction Team has provided expert solutions for handling cross border investments, property acquisitions (conveyances, registrations) and corporate restructuring. The Group’s foreign advisors/consultants advise clients in their respective foreign jurisdictions. The foreign clients have been primarily from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Bangladesh and UAE.As Group Head of Litigation & Advisory Services, I also supervise projects of this group for both domestic and international clients. The Litigation Team in India advises and represents clients in cases across all forums. The Team has handled matters in forums including the Hon\'ble Supreme Court of India, Hon\'ble High Courts, Civil Courts, Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunals, District, State & National Consumer Forums among others.The Group also has an Advisory Team (in India and UK consisting of respective country based advisors) which handles non-contentious matters and transactions. LLC Group’s Counsels offer services in laws related to corporate and commercial, property, private equity, mergers acquisitions, business (company), taxation, foreign investments, competition, immigration, cross border transactions, technology, sports, media, IP and telecoms.
