As the Global Recruiting Strategic Programs lead within our Global Sourcing team, I lead a global team focused on creating scalable recruiting strategies for Accenture\'s priority growth businesses. I\'m also involved in many additional projects such as desgining our global sourcing hub model and global sourcing strategy, working as a sourcing/recruiting SME for client advisory work, and running point on talent advisory projects for our leadership team. My most recent strategic priorities were working with our leadership team to stand up recruiting for our Metaverse Continuum Business Group and our Sustainability practice. We\'ve also partnered with our business to define and execute the external hiring strategies for Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft, AI, Industry X.0, AWS, Google, Cloud First, Cloud Native, Cloud Migration & Modernization, and for Accenture\'s Tech Innovation team. I also lead two additional teams - one that manages our largest straegic recruiting vendor partnerships and programs (ie. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and a second team of Strategic Sourcers that find niche talent for our newest businesses.
