My passion is to mentor others through volunteering my skillset to those looking to learn new communication skills, management, and team building. I bring to the table over a decade of customer service experience and management, and five years of experience specifically in the retail industry. I’ve split my career between assisting and aiding customers while managing inventory and representing company missions to training, management, and leadership roles. My goal is to use my creativity and passion for learning to inspire others who will then go on to inspire others hopefully around the world. My ability to adapt and woo allows me to bring a positive swing on learning, mentoring, management, and company morale. My academia provides me with the knowledge, my experience provides me the hands-on skills, and together I can empower future generations to chase their dreams and to be confident in the workplace as well as in their skin.
