ABOUT MISTY METSCHKE
I moved to Ames to attend Iowa State University, and loved our great city so much that I never left. I graduated from Iowa State with a degree in engineering, but quickly realized my real passion is working with customers. I have 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. My family and I live in West Ames and are proud to call Ames our home. I specialize if the following services- New Construction - Resales - Investment Property - Multi-Family - Commercial Buying and selling a home is a complex process that can be confusing and stressful. I believe in approaching the real estate process with the heart of a teacher. My role as a Realtor is to be by your side at all times and help you understand the entire process from beginning to end. Because I have patience and am willing to take the time to explain the process, I love working with first time home buyers and sellers. While I do have a soft side and love working with people, I can also be a bulldog. I am a numbers person and enjoy staying on top of local market conditions and analyzing market data.
