I am the President of Schools at Ensemble Performing Arts, leading a national network of more than 100 dance and music schools and their dedicated educators and staff. My work centers on building systems that support excellence in arts education and youth enrichment.My operations philosophy is grounded in the Sales, Service, and Support model. Sales—through enrollment—drives our mission and provides meaningful work for teachers and staff. Service fuels our daily pursuit of excellence in education and customer care. Support is the systems-driven backbone that keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring staff and students alike can grow and thrive. Together, these pillars create sustainable programs for staff and students alike.Before joining Ensemble, I founded More Than Just Great Dancing!®, a global affiliation program that has served over 300 studios and students each week. I also established Misty’s Dance Unlimited, recognized by Dance Spirit Magazine as one of the Top 50 Studios in the Nation, and led Youth Protection Association for Dance for six years, the industry’s first safety and wellness certification program.My work has center on helping performing arts leaders achieve the triple win—making a living, having a life, and making a positive impact in their communities. I love helping studio owners they’re growing with a community like More Than Just Great Dancing!® or transitioning their studio to a trusted partner like Ensemble Performing Arts.
