ABOUT MISTY LICHTER

With over 10 years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry, I am the Director of Corporate Sales at Garrett Brands, a certified meeting professional (CMP), and a founder of a nonprofit organization. I have a strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. I am also passionate about making a positive impact in the community, especially for pediatric cancer patients and families, through my nonprofit, Heroes Like Haley, which I founded in memory of my daughter who passed away from a rare form of brain cancer. As the Director of Corporate Sales at Garrett Brands, I oversee the corporate and inside sales functions. I am responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and increasing customer loyalty and retention. I leverage my skills in social networking and hospitality to create and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
