Responsible for creating and maintaining the connection between culture and company performance. Reports directly to the CEO and is accountable for establishing, building, and improving the People & Culture function. Leads and provides the foundational programs and systems for all people & culture related matters, ranging from talent acquisition, employee experience, people development, performance management, HR compliance, and rewards & recognition. Collaborates with Marketing to develop the Happinest Employer Brand and value proposition to strengthen brand awareness and attract top talent. Manages recruitment ensuring a positive candidate experience and top-quality talent are hired. Maintains HRIS workflows to ensure employee data and reporting is accurate, compliant and timely Develops and administers a world-class employee onboarding program. Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs. Oversees employee payroll and benefits administration; manages monthly HR metric reporting.
