Full cycle recruitment covering multiple portfolios including People, Communications, Indigenous Health, Facilities/ Engineering, Support Services- Develops, implements and provides recruitment services for Managers encompassing multi-union and non-contract positions- Consults with Managers to determine hiring needs and strategies to fill vacancies- Strategically creates and maintains talent pipelines across multiple streams- Supports international recruitment processes- Collaborates with Hiring Managers around contacting and counselling internal and external applicants, providing employment information and guiding successful applicants through the hiring process- Sources and attends recruitment events.
