Serves as the JBLM Deployment Support Team contract element that enables units in ICORP and FORSCOM in strategic transportation activities for deployment / redeployment operations.• Works in conjunction with installation support agencies as well as Corps Transportation Office (CTO)/ Division Transportation Office (DTO) in assisting with deployment planning and execution. • Serves in building unit Deployment Readiness and reporting, by advising in the deployment planning, Army SAP’s such as JOPES and TC-AIMS II for OEL, UDL, and TPFDD refinement. • Provide coaching, teaching and mentoring to assist in sustainment and development of Unit Movement Officers (UMO) and Mobility Personnel. • Represent FORSCOM Policies, Guidance, and Directives.• Advisor to Corps / Division Commanders and Staff for Strategic Deployment / Redeployment Operations.• Promote Deployment Readiness Through Coaching and Mentoring on Training, Certifications, Inspections, and Required Reporting: UMO / TC-AIMS / ICODES / HAZMAT / CCO / JOPES.• Conduct Consolidated Mission Planning to Produce Orders, and Strategic Messaging for Deployment Requirements and Timelines.• Provide Technical Guidance and Best Practices for Unit Movement Operations and Strategic Transportation Assets.• Integrate with Installation Support Agencies for Power Projection Platform Capabilities and Readiness: Fort to Port: Air / APOE / Rail / SPOE / GLOC.• Consolidate AAR’s, TTP’s, and Lessons Learned for Deployment Operations.
