ABOUT MISTY SEDLACEK

I’m a performance driven District Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the retail and quick service industry for over 11 years. I have experience with a portfolio covering multiple state’s and up to 400 partners. I have a desire for growing people and results. I do this by challenging what’s possible and working shoulder to shoulder in making it happen. I’m passionate about networking inside and outside my organization to build contacts. I’m focused on news ways to raise the business brand through talent development and community involvement. As a Co-Chair within my organization for Women’s Impact Network it gives me the opportunity to be a voice for women and actively participate in events to support them. I work in customer service because I love building relationships and doing what I can to go above and beyond in delivering the best experience possible. Personal growth is a top priority and I have an Associate Degree in Business from Kansas State University and actively pursuing my Bachelor’s in Business Communication’s at ASU.
