ABOUT MISTY ORWIG

Specialize in Mortgage loan origination and processing. Started interest in mortgage loan originations in 2004. After market crash in 2007 I worked other jobs and took time off to be a Mom! after my first beautiful child got to the toddler stage. I wanted more for myself and set out to get back in the mortgage industry. Starting as a processor doing refinancing then worked my way up tto purchase and FHA loans within a short period of time. I took on purchase for our Chase Private clients as well as helped other when needed averaging 20 to 25 plus closings a month. Have worked all loan programs. Purchase to refinance, knowledgeable in FHA, Conventional, and VA. After 4 years in the operations side with chase I took a leap an started as an assistant for two of our Arizona top producers. My hard working, determined, team work attitude, strong since of urgency, understanding clients needs and being able to show them how I could help providing the best options for the individual need. Within a short few months I was offered to take on the branches near my home in beautiful Anthem AZ. After two years I realized at this time in my life with my 8 year old son an 3 year old I needed to make a change that would allow me more time with them. With that in mind I took initiative and reached out to our operations with the intent to return as a full time loan processor. Due to my history and knowledge I was offered a position right away. I believe through out my career I have found honesty, communication, taking pride in what I do, finding away to connect or relate to each person that I help make the dream of owning a home, have helped in who I have become today. I take pride in what I do and strive to be the best that I can be. I strong believe anything is possible of your willing to learn from mistakes and continue to strive to accomplish what ever it is you feel is your purpose. GIVING UP is not an option for me.
