My recent background includes 4+ years of high-volume call center experience.(Extended Auto Warranty, MA Plans, and Energy -all long-term, intangible products sold via cold call.)Overall, I have been responsible for cold calling to closing, recruiting and onboarding, coaching, analyzing business trends, team building, and training classes of up to 25 people weekly.(zoom, teams, and in office) My sales classes (similar to challenger methodology) taught skills on how to cold call, build a relationship of trust with the client, sell an intangible product, take payment on the phone and get the client to commit to recurring monthly payments for up to 5 years. During my time as a sales trainer with PMC, our company’s new contracts doubled from 4k monthly to over 8k. I researched and provided new materials, market insight, follow up training courses and coaching sessions for individuals or groups when necessary. I also assisted retention and claims training managers with their department curriculum development. I have 10+ years of high-volume retail management experience with Fortune 500 companies which includes everything from de-escalation and customer service to hiring, training, and coaching a successful team to analyzing business results, auditing stores in my district, leading district training classes, all aspects of business operations, and brainstorming creative ways to increase store traffic and profits in a resort market that thrives on tourism. For one retailer, I lead a store team that jumped annual profitability bracket from $8mil to over $10mil and simultaneously led the region in lowest shrink percentage results. For another retailer, I lead a team to success in a new store by being fully-staffed, fully-trained, and able to open one week earlier than planned. We exceeded our annual sales goal within the first 6 months.While living in Key West, I volunteered as a campaign manager for a fantasy fest Queen candidate and team of 5-6 who raised $280k in 8wks for AIDS Help. Our candidate won that year by having raised the most money for the charity.My first-ever attempt at papier-mâché started as a balloon and ended as a 7’5” demagorgon.(Google it.)If I can do THAT, I can do anything! I’ve taken flying lessons, am an avid skydiver, and learned to weld when I was 19.Self-motivation, determination, and self-discipline are a few of my greatest strengths in my personal and professional life.
