Promoted to VP role after one year as Practice Manager, based on demonstrated leadership and strategic results. Lead full operational oversight across multiple clinics and ASCs, scaling from Middle Tennessee to West Tennessee. Orchestrated de novo development of both clinic and ASC platforms, including Certificate of Need (CON) transfer and staff onboarding within one week of opening.​ Successfully consolidated two Jackson, Tennessee sites into a single large group, optimizing resources and enhancing patient flow. Built out middle management structure to support sustainable revenue capture and reduce operational risk. Mentored physicians transitioning from hospital employment to private practice, fosteringtrust and business acumen.
