I am a trauma-informed vocational counselor, board-certified coach (BCC), and leadership trainer with a professional background in addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and identity restoration.In my work as a vocational counselor, I support individuals overcoming barriers related to opiate use recovery and workforce reintegration. This role allows me to combine practical employment support with trauma-informed approaches that help individuals rebuild stability, confidence, and long-term success.In addition to my professional counseling work, I provide independent training and consulting for Tufts Hope Facilitator Trainer programs, equipping organizations and community leaders with tools that support emotional resilience, personal responsibility, and healthy identity development. These trainings focus on helping educators and parents create safe environments where individuals can build positive life skills and strengthen relational capacity.I am also the founder of Unbound Institute, a training organization that equips leaders to facilitate trauma-informed, faith-integrated peer programs focused on identity restoration and personal transformation.Alongside this work, I lead Daughters of Grace, a ministry dedicated to supporting women through healing, identity restoration, and faith-centered growth.Across these roles, my work integrates trauma-informed practices, leadership coaching, and faith-based principles to help individuals and communities move from instability and destructive belief patterns toward freedom, resilience, and renewed purpose.My passion is equipping leaders and communities with practical tools that restore dignity, strengthen identity, and create environments where people can truly flourish.
