Manage projects and lead teams in the development, identification and root causing of payment accuracy opportunities through enhancing tactics and communicate/coordinate remediation with client counterparts• Provide guidance to teams who will utilize claims analytics to uncover payment accuracy opportunities through your knowledge of standard payment methodologies including Prospective Payment Systems (IPPS/OPPS), fee for service, Groupers, RVUs, etc.• Support the advancement of AArete’s Payment Intelligence® initiatives to drive greater automation to claims payment• Identify areas of opportunity for Payment Intelligence® by staying up to date on current events, changes in regulatory requirements and market trends• Lead the development, identification and root cause of payment accuracy opportunities through enhancing tactics and communicate/coordinate remediation with client counterparts • Proactively lead the team in understanding client needs and problems, driving forward initiatives to solve issues and accomplish goals according to specified timelines• Lead analytical approaches, integrate multiple analyses, and develop a comprehensive understanding of client problems, identifying issues and opportunities to motivate client action.• Work closely with Vice Presidents, Managing Directors, and Directors to set project strategy• Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates to find creative solutions to business problems• Support implementation of client or internal solutions, including active involvement in internal solution development, from the ground up• Full ownership of the client relationship
