I serve as the Executive Director of Franchise Performance at Special Strong, an adaptive fitness franchise dedicated to creating opportunities for the special needs community to live more abundant lives.With 20 years in leadership development across real estate, coaching, and ministry—and more than one-on-one coaching sessions conducted—I bring a deep understanding of how leaders grow, teams scale, and values are translated into daily execution. My work has spanned leading real estate organizations, training and developing coaches, facilitating executive workshops, and building leadership benches that sustain long-term growth.At Special Strong, my focus is on franchise performance, leadership development, and scalable systems that support franchise owners, coaches, and teams as they grow businesses rooted in purpose and people-first values. I’m especially passionate about helping leaders move from intention to structure so growth is healthy, repeatable, and aligned.I believe leadership is stewardship and that abundant life is God’s will for everyone.Based in Princeton, Texas, I live with my husband, Emory, and our daughter, Kelsey.
