My superpower is bringing order to chaos: identifying what\'s needed, what\'s possible, and building the systems that get teams there. I started at a fast-paced startup where I learned to stay anchored to business goals and champion user-centered thinking even when resources were thin. That foundation shaped how I approach complexity: with structure, curiosity, and a bias toward making things scalable. At Deltek, I\'ve built research programs, developed AI-augmented methodologies, and elevated research as a strategic asset across enterprise ERP products. Outside of work I stay creative through photography, home improvement, travel, and getting outside whenever possible.

Lead a UX team embedded across GovCon and PS/A&E ERP products, owning research strategy, design quality, and team development. Built Deltek\'s UX Research Program from the ground up, including hiring and developing a dedicated research team, establishing a SharePoint-based research repository, continuous research infrastructure, and an AI-augmented research methodology using synthetic personas and cross-study synthesis. This work informs how UX and AI practices are being integrated into the broader software development lifecycle. Focused on scaling UX maturity, elevating research as a strategic asset, and developing a team of practitioners who work at the intersection of human insight and AI tooling.
