I am a Director in the firm of Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon & Galchus, practicing in the areas of labor and employment law, and immigration law. I represent employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Wage & Hour Division of the Department of Labor, as well as related Federal and State Court Litigation. I also represent employers and individuals in immigration matters. I was recently appointed by Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe as Commissioner on the Arkansas Early Childhood Commission and as a member of the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. Currently, I am also serving a six-year term on the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA and Mid-South Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” have included me in their lists of honorees. I was also named Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 in 2011 and one of Soirée Magazine’s “Women to Watch” in 2013. I am dedicated to the greater Little Rock community and have served on the boards of directors for Fulbright Elementary PTA, Reach Out and Read Arkansas, Junior League of Little Rock and Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families.
