I am a curious, passionate, authentic leader who strives to create positive change in individuals and in organizations. I started my corporate career in change management consulting after a short stint in academia. This experience catapulted my career in Human Resources. As an extrovert and someone who gets energy from building relationships, early in my career I discovered my passion for enabling others to rise to their full potential. From roles in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that took me all over the U.S. and Latin America, to roles in various areas of talent management and HR transformation in Fortune 500 organizations, I developed a track record for driving results. What serendipity it was to find my way to Menttium in 2017! A woman-owned and woman-led company with a mission so aligned to my personal values and convictions, committed to helping leaders unlock their potential and lead authentically, I am passionate about our mission and how we live it. At Menttium we have 30+ years of experience doing all things mentoring! I have held a variety of roles at Menttium and am now honored to be the Chief Executive Officer, setting the vision and strategic direction as we continue to enrich lives and strengthen organizations through innovative mentoring experiences. We are committed to delighting our mentees, mentors, and clients to drive value for both individuals and organizations through authentic human connection. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and care deeply about the development and advancement of women. As a working mom of two incredible kids, I am particularly passionate about helping working mothers navigate careers and motherhood. I was a 2016 finalist for the TeamWomenMN WaveMaker Award and have been featured on WCCO I CBS News Minnesota for segments related to mentoring and gender equity.

   As the Chief Executive Officer at Menttium Corporation, a woman-owned and woman-led professional mentoring company, I set the vision and strategic direction for the organization, which has been the leader in mentoring for over three decades. I am deeply committed to Menttium’s mission to enrich lives and strengthen organizations through innovative mentoring experiences. I lead an incredibly talented team to ensure we run all of our mentoring program experiences with operational excellence, alignment across functions, high touch relationships, top notch customer service, strategic partnership with our clients, and meaningful engagement across our mentee participants and phenomenal mentor network. I am committed to preserving the incredible legacy of Menttium while evolving + amplifying our mission to keep pace with the rapid changes in our world and workplaces. We are doubling down on the power of authentic human connection to yield both individual and irganizational outcomes.
