As a Manager of Integrated Business and Strategic Planning at WestRock Company, I lead the integrated supply chain planning strategy for one of the world\'s leading providers of packaging solutions. I have over eight years of experience in supply chain management, with an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. My mission is to leverage technology, innovation, and consulting to enhance the sales and operations planning process and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.In my role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to optimize tradeoffs between service and cost, conduct what-if capacity analysis, and present status and gaps in S & OP meetings. I also apply my analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to forecast demand, manage inventory, and schedule production. In addition, I have a track record of driving revenue growth of over 150% YoY in diverse industries through the conceptualization and implementation of product strategies. I am passionate about solving complex problems, utilizing technology, and creating sustainable business processes. I also mentor and coach junior team members and share best practices and insights.
