I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Lucknow, following a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Isabella Thoburn College. My career journey so far has provided me with hands-on experience in human resources, administration, and community engagement, where I have developed practical skills in recruitment, workforce planning, data management, and effective communication.Through internships and fieldwork with organizations such as the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development U.P.(IEDUP), Vishalakshi Foundation, Lucknow Management Association, and Quantazone, I have gained exposure to HR processes, event coordination, volunteer management, and social awareness initiatives. These experiences have helped me build both organizational and people-centric skills.I am passionate about leveraging my background in human resources and social work to make a meaningful impact in organizations and the community. I am eager to connect with professionals who share an interest in HR, CSR, and community development, and I look forward to exploring opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to creating a positive difference.
