In LafargeHolcim, restructured Finance & Accounts function to support the new SBU structure and aggressive reduced working capital resulting reduction, supervising all tax compliance and submissions covering corporate tax, Direct as well as Indirect Tax and withholding taxes including tax returns, internal reporting and tax accounting. In Mahindra & Mahindra (apparel manufacturing and retail, Electric) was responsible for three legal and business entities of the group and was involved in setting up new Joint Venture exclusively for Kids Brands and restructured other businesses into two companies MRL Lifestyle Brands Ltd and “First Cry “Ltd. Played a key role in turning around the businesses as well as in financials challenges. In Belgium Craft Company was responsible for company’s international operations across India, Belgium, Hungary and U.S. Was responsible for the merger and integration of local and overseas acquisitions and was credited with better Forex management. Have effectively led SAP implementation projects in three organisations. My strength lies in leading and building team and leveraging technology in improving operational efficiency have been instrumental in bringing in various Change Management Initiatives, Managing key Stakeholders, Internal Controls, Regulate Compliance\'s practices to turn-around financial performance and health of the Organisation.
