I began my career as a programmer before transitioning into product management, giving me a strong foundation in both technology and business. Currently, I lead product development at a growth-stage AI startup, where my focus spans product strategy, growth, and fundraising. My work centers on building foundational AI products that cut through the hype to deliver measurable value. Alongside product, I also run our Consulting & Solutions team.Most of my work is in BFSI and e-commerce, where I have deployed speech analytics, real-time agent assist, supervisor assist, voicebots, and voicebot quality monitoring.
