Hello and Warm Greetings to you!I am Anshuman, as curious as a cat and always yearning to learn more, I love to always keep exploring and expanding my horizons.How did I become so curious you ask? Here\'s how: From a very young age I have always been curious about how everything works, and by everything I mean Everything! I pursued science in my schooling days to learn the very basics of our universe, of what makes you & me and what makes the clocks tick.🧑 With my curiosity for science quenched for a while, I pursued my journey further to understand how our societies work and how order is maintained in an otherwise world of chaos. Law helped me understand to a greater degree of how the human mind works and what we define today, in very simple terms, as right and wrong.After graduating with a dual degree in Science and Law, I was elated to be engaged as a Legal Consultant with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd.Here are a few highlights from my journey so far: Mitigated 50% of the active litigation of JSPL between FY 20-24. Settled 12+ high stakes litigations in FY 20-24 in favour of JSP safeguarding the company from potential legal liabilities of Rs.400+ Crores INR ($60+ million USD) along with a deep emphasis on safeguarding the goodwill of JSP and maintaining a positive relationship with parties post settlement. Periodically reworked the entire contract system of JSP successfully reducing future litigation by 70%. Qualified and Selected for the Young Leaders Program of JSPL for an exceptional performance history and High Scores in J1 Analytics Certification Program.After continuing my journey of curiosity further with my fond learnings from the Indian School of Business, I joined Ramky Estates & Farms Ltd. in the Director\'s Office, taking my learnings and implementing them in the real world.Other than my professional pursuits, I am passionate about Working Out, Music and my 5 cats (probably teaching me more about curiosity).
